Rob has vast experience having worked under executive head chef Jason Myers in the USA. Rob also worked under Head Chef Tom Skade in the United Kingdom who influenced him in modern British cuisine and fresh local produce. His collaboration with Executive Head Chef Graham Squire perfected his style of cooking in British fine dining cuisine. Chef Rob Hadju won multiple accolades and awards in the UK and abroad and is a prominent chef in British Cuisine.
Rob is a passionate Chef working only with daily fresh, seasonal and local produce with a Modern British cooking style.
