We are extremely proud to introduce our new Executive Chef Marcellin Marc;
“My passion is to create the French dream by bringing flavours from the South of France to Surrey.”
Marcellin Marc brings with him a wealth of knowledge and a fantastic vision for CuVée VIII.
Representing the South of France, it is Marcellin’s passion to produce a French style through his method of cooking. Bringing his classic flavours and traditional dishes to the heart of Esher.
After spending fifteen years at Clos Maggiore, in the capital’s busy Covent Garden, Marcellin as Chef Patron aided in their distinguished reputation of ‘London’s most romantic restaurant’ with his French cuisine.
Bringing along Head Chef David Fetigny, Marcellin’s closest assistant having worked under him for the last seven years.
Locally sourced produce is at the centre of Marcellin’s kitchen with daily, fresh and seasonal British produce gathered from local farms and producers.
From cheese coming directly from local artisanal producers and vegetables from growers to fresh fish direct from the boat and with English farms supplying the meat.
