Refund Policy CuVée VIII

CuVée VIII uses World Pay to manage the processing of online payments. World pay is used by thousands of businesses of different sizes and different locations all over the world to process payments of all types. We currently access Via, Mastercard and Amex cards for online events booking payments.


Refunds

Refunds are only available if CuVée VIII cancels, moves or reschedules the event you have purchased a ticket for, the refunds will be processed by our payment provider world pay and can take up to 10 working days from the request for refund.

To request a refund for a canceled, moved or rescheduled event, please email info@cuvee8.com with your transaction ID and name and date of the event you purchased a ticket for. No refunds will be given if the events run as scheduled.
